Welcome to the Top of the World Neighborhood Association.
TOWNA is your neighborhood advocacy group that promotes unity, wellness and safety. If you are not yet a member, we invite you to join us. Annual dues, $10 per household, go towards free events.
All Laguna Beach citizens who call Top of the World their home. We strive to know our neighbors, work with city leaders, schools and stakeholders to find smart solutions.
We invite you to join our efforts, our board, and our group so that all voices are heard. Together, we are stronger.
Our mission is to make the Top of the World neighborhood a safer and better place.
